Type S(Diamond Opening):
This is our most popular self-cleaning screen, having a very good
combination of screening capacity and precision. Its individual
wires vibrate independently from one another, avoiding material
build-up, pegging and blinding.
Type D(Triangular Opening):
This one is similar to Type S, but its precision is increased by
adding a straight wire in between each of the crimped wires, which
limits the movement of the crimped wire, making it more precise
preventing wedging of elongated particles but lowering its
screening area. Very Effective under heavy loads and higher impact
materials.
The D mesh is designed with precisely crimped wires and woven into
diamond shaped openings. D mesh type has more effective open area,
because there isn't the straight wire, which is existing in the W
mesh.
Polyurethane bands are generally made with 80-90 Steel Wire bands
are used in applications where temperature, degree shore hardness
PU, withstand most of the exceed 70 degree. Highly recommended for
asphalt plants.

Self Cleaning Vibrating Screen Mesh Packaging Details:
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to
european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
customers special request.
